While natural Prasiolite is incredibly rare, most of the Prasiolite on the market is heat-treated amethyst, sourced from a limited number of amethyst localities in Brazil. When exposed to heat, this particular type of amethyst can either turn green, becoming Prasiolite, or transform into yellow-orange Citrine.

The Prasiolite crystals offered here are raw and unpolished. Despite being heat-treated, these crystals maintain their authentic energy and lovely green colour, making them a wonderful addition to your crystal collection.
