Shipping
Shipping Costs
We offer combined shipping on multiple items. If shipping is overpaid, any excess over £1.00 will be refunded after your order has been processed.
Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 24 hours (UK time), excluding weekends and bank holidays.
International Orders
For customers outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, local taxes, or VAT that may apply in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected at checkout.
Orders are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning any applicable charges will be payable upon arrival in your destination country. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage so we can assist you.
Change of Mind Returns (UK Customers)
In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Once approved, items must be returned promptly.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If there is an issue with your order or you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
