Info about crystals

Because crystals are natural formations, there may be inclusions and some surface flaws even if the crystal has been polished or tumbled.

I photograph them in natural daylight for the most accurate representation, but slight colour variations might occur due to lighting conditions or your monitor's calibration.

The crystal healing information provided is for your guidance and is based on my personal experience and research. Please note that the use of crystals as a complementary therapy is not intended to replace conventional medical treatment. You should always consult with a professional medical practitioner for a diagnosis and continue with any medical treatment prescribed for you by your doctor.

Your crystal is cleansed before it is sent out to you.

Orders dispatched within 24 hours, except weekends then your order is dispatched on the Monday.

Multiple crystal orders: If you order multiple crystals and I save on postage, you'll receive a refund for the difference.

Returns Policy: Returns are accepted for damaged items. Please email me within 3 days of delivery if you need to return an item.

International Customers: You are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. I do not collect any taxes or fees at checkout.
