Return & Exchange Policy
To start a return, please contact us at elysiancrystalsuk@gmail.com
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at elysiancrystalsuk@gmail.com or use the Contact form on our Contact Me Page, as we are always happy to help.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
I gladly accept returns for damaged items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once I have received your returned item, it will be inspected and I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, this process may take a few days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed by them. Next contact your bank to see if they are processing any refunds as it can take a day or two to show up in your bank account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at elysiancrystalsuk@gmail.com and I will be happy to help.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. When you are shipping an item please send via a trackable service postal service. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item otherwise.
